A Day to Remember: Celebrating Fatherhood with the Arthvedh Family 💙
🎉 A Day to Remember: Celebrating Fatherhood with the Arthvedh Family 💙
Sometimes, the best ideas come from the heart — unplanned, unpolished, but full of purpose. Just 7–8 days before Father’s Day, a thought crossed my mind: “Why not do something different for our clients? Not just another financial talk — but something meaningful, personal, fun.”
But what?
Like any curious planner, I reached out to a few peers — “Do you do anything like this for your clients?”
The response: “Yes, we do investment awareness sessions, followed by lunch.”
Fair enough — I do that regularly too. But this time, I wanted more. I wanted connection, not just communication.
I discussed it with Pooja (my wife), and she instantly agreed — let’s do something from the heart.
So I reached out to Kaustubh, shared this half-baked idea, and he asked for a day. The next day, he came back with:
“Father’s Day is coming up. Let’s celebrate it with our clients.”
That was it! The perfect blend of purpose and emotion.
We had just 5 days. No plan. No venue. No agenda. Just the intent.
🏃♂️ From Idea to Action
We started shortlisting hotels. Most were booked. After several calls and visits, we finally got a slot at Hotel Coronet. Step one, done!
We brainstormed games, flow, and whether we’d be able to carry the energy throughout. Who will host it? If I host, will I be able to interact freely?
We were back to square one.
Then came the next piece of the puzzle — Pooja and Bhanu Priya began shortlisting clients from Pune and Mumbai. They started calling, messaging — and the response was positive!
Still, something was missing. That’s when Niharika, our host, came in — through Kaustubh’s network. She had conducted a Mother’s Day event before, and as we discussed, things started falling into place.
Activities. Flow. Theme-based games. Crowd engagement. Everything started taking shape.
We also looped in Aditya Birla Capital to speak about how small steps like SIPs and SWPs can secure our children’s future and our parents’ retirement. They were excited and readily agreed.
🎁 The Details That Matter
By Thursday, I could finally feel — yes, we are on to something good.
But wait — it’s Father’s Day. There has to be a gift.
Friday morning was spent hopping shops, looking at gift options, getting confused, calling Kaustubh and Pooja for help — and we finalized it. ✅
Every evening, I’d check with Bhanu Priya on client confirmations. Each yes added more excitement.
🎈 The Big Day
We reached the venue at 10:30 AM. The arrangements were all set. Slowly, clients started arriving — with happy faces, excited eyes, and an eagerness to know what was coming.
The energy was infectious.
Niharika opened the event beautifully — introducing Arthvedh, our journey, our values.
From fun Q&A to spontaneous clapping and giving out prizes, she involved everyone — fathers, kids, even grandparents!
We saw:
-
🕺 Father–child dances
-
💪 Strongest Daddy push-ups
-
👣 Thumbprint messages and creative drawings
-
🧠 Financial wisdom that blended perfectly with the theme
Some clients shared messages, some made family trees, one even drew a stethoscope for her doctor daughter who couldn’t attend. It was emotionally overwhelming.
We had all three generations in one room — laughing, bonding, creating memories.
Even my daughter joined in — not just to enjoy, but to assist Niharika in conducting the event smoothly. It felt truly special to have her involved in something so close to my heart.
🥹 The Moments That Touched Us
We called everyone up to showcase their artwork and honored them with Father’s Day gifts.
I couldn’t hold back — I shared some of my own memories. Clients shared theirs.
There were a few moist eyes. But even more, full hearts.
I took a moment to appreciate and thank:
-
Kaustubh, the heart and spine behind the planning
-
Pooja, who stood by me in every decision
-
Bhanu Priya, who worked hard behind the scenes
-
Aditya Birla Team, for their seamless collaboration
-
Niharika, who brought the hall alive
We missed Bhanu Priya and her father, who couldn’t attend due to his health.
After a final group photo, we proceeded to lunch — and the food, like the event, was warm, comforting, and loved by all.
💬 The Calls After...
By evening, my phone was flooded.
“Thank you for this.”
“My kids enjoyed a lot.”
“We felt like a family today.”
That’s when I knew — this was never just an event.
This was Arthvedh living its true essence — not just helping people grow, but celebrating life with them.
🙏 Until Next Time...
To everyone who came —
Thank you for trusting us. Thank you for sharing your time.
We’re not just here to guide you on your journey — we’re here to walk it with you, and celebrate every milestone that truly matters.
Looking forward to many more memories,
– Team Arthvedh 💙
